HISTORY OF GRINGO'S

Jack's dream involved the hotel, restaurant and apartments as a part of an overall project of Swan Island, which lies off the coast of Honduras. The Swan Island part of the project ended after spending a large amount of capital and with a new Honduran Government but Gringo's has been a well known bar and restaurant operation for over a decade attracting groups for its delicious food as well as being the "gringo's" imbibing place for all of the ex-pats in and visiting the area.

For many years, Jack had been involved in development projects on the island of Grand Cayman.

A visionary sees the forest, most of us mortals see only the trees. Jack was a visionary, that could see into the future and believed this jewel on the Caribbean Ocean would one day be a gold mine.

As in all cases, time, the right dreamer and resources will answer that question.
